How do I book a study room?

We have a new system for booking rooms! There are two ways to book a space.

Option #1:

On the library homepage, you’ll see a button on the right side that says “Book a Study Room”. Click on that link and you will be prompted to pick a study room and time when you want to stop by. After selecting those options, you will need to fill out some contact info and submit the form. When you arrive at the library, stand in front of your pre-selected study room, open the email you listed on the form, and find the confirmation code or link. After you sign in to the room, you are done!

Option #2:

In front of each room, there is a directional sheet with a QR code and weblink. Open either on your phone to get to the booking form. Enter your selected room, time, and contact information and then click the confirmation link from your email. If you need any help, please ask a staff person at the circulation or reference desk!

If you need to cancel your room booking, please call our circulation desk at (254) 519-5798. Your room confirmation email should also have a link, where you can self-cancel the booking up until the scheduled time. Thank you!
